For
many years, and until now, the shrine of Imam Hussein has witnessed
thousands of visitors, and in May, Ayatollah Qazwini led thousands of
the faithful visitors in the daily prayers in the shrine of Imam
Hussein. Ayatollah Al-Qazwini first prays the daily noon prayer despite
the scorching heat, and then delivers a powerful speech about teachings
of Islam, the holy prophet and his family. Then he holds the Maghrib and
Ishaa' prayers at night also followed by a speech. Visitors from all
around the world go to Karbala for visiting Imam Hussein and they all
participate in the daily prayers with Ayatollah Al-Qazwini. After the
collapse of the Ba'ath regime, visitors of Imam Hussein have increased
and are still increasing and we ask Allah to help the Shi'a of Iraq and
protect the shrine of Imam Hussein. |
