Ayatollah Al-Qazwini delivers a speech in Ahlul-Bait International University

 
 
Ayatollah Al-Qazwini lectured at Ahlul-Bayt Islamic University in Karbala during the last days of Ramadan. His eminence spoke of the importance of obtaining an Islamic education and learning Islamic jurisprudence as well as learning the general laws taught at the university.

Ayatollah Al-Qazwini spoke first of the responsibilities of people during the holy month of Ramadan. Some of these responsibilities include working to resolve problems that rise among the people of the community; that they must do their best to bring peace and harmony to their communities. He also spoke of the necessity to seek enough education to become potent members of their communities, leaders such as university professors, business owners,  mayors, accountants, and spokesmen.

Ayatollah Al-Qazwini explained that when people are well-trained, they  would be self-sufficient and mostly independent of outside needs. They would use their knowledge to help build a community based on education, justice and Islamic order.
